Tierramesa Veterinary Clinic was established in 1980 by Dr Shatila and we have been serving the Tierrasanta, Kearney Mesa and San Diego Communities for over 35 years.  We believe you and your pets deserve to be treated like family members. We tailor our care to each patient’s age, lifestyle and special circumstances, instead of a one size fits all veterinary model.

We emphasize on building trust and personal relationships with our clients and their pets. Most importantly, we combine our professional expertise with your insights, needs and desires to create a truly personal treatment plan. We continue to build our reputation by being honest, ethical and caring with our clients and their pets.

Tierramesa Veterinary Clinic also believes in giving back to the community and does so by supporting local schools, public organizations and animal rescue groups. We support the county by providing low-cost rabies immunizations and help clients with their pets’ county registrations.
